Monitoring and Maintenance Services
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES • FACTOY TRAINED TECHNICIANS
A History of Service
Advanced Radiant Systems, founded in 1991, is recognized as a worldwide leader in the manufacturing, design and implementation of gas fired infrared heating products. Infrared systems are applied in a variety of shapes, sizes, and configurations and we understand the complexity of these unique systems.
Unlike typical contracted service professionals who are trained in refrigeration, boiler and forced air heating systems; we are solely focused on infrared technology. This singular focus makes us the most qualified service team in the industry.

IR PREVENTITIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
Comprehensive Solutions
System age and operating environment impact the level of frequency needed to maintain an efficient operational system. No two facilities are the same, nor are their climates, which impact running times and therefore frequency of service. Our offerings range from ground inspection operation all the way up to full system retro commissioning, which includes extended factory warranty periods. We offer our “no hassle” warranty burner replacement program that minimizes facility disruption during the life of the system. Contact us today for a free assessment and pricing of what options best suit your system’s needs.
IR PREVENTITIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
Efficient Prevention
Infrared heating systems, when properly maintained, will provide the building owner with well over 25 years of reliable performance. Compared to other HVAC systems, infrared heaters have low maintenance requirements. However, it is necessary, to periodically inspect and maintain the equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and dependable operation. Like the adage says, “An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” Over time, often overlooked items such as dirty or out of place reflectors, combustion efficiency, pressure settings, flue and intake air restrictions can begin to denigrate system performance. This increases operating costs and harms the equipment. Infrared systems durability, and the fact that they are not always easily accessible, makes them, “out of sight, out of mind.” That’s where we come in.

Hassle Free Warranty
Advanced Radiant Systems will provide a spare burner for use when a unit fails; ensuring minimal down time. In the event of a burner failure, a single mobilization is required by the in-house technician. The technician will exchange the spare burner with the failed one. This eliminates the need for a technician unfamiliar with the product to troubleshoot on-site. Once the failed burner has been replaced it is to be shipped back to the factory where it will be repaired and returned for use at a future date. There is no charge during the extended warranty period for this service. Upon expiration of the warranty the same process will apply and the customer will only be charged for the replacement parts.

GOOD
The Basics- Verify controls sequence of operation
- Visually inspect all IR heaters from the ground – verify combustion lights are operable and check for loose or misplaced reflectors*
- Infrared gradient temp report – Test tube temps for acceptable levels using an IR gun and ensure no hot spots exist that would indicate potential tube failure.
- Standard time and materials rates apply if visit to the unit, troubleshooting, or repair are required by the technician. Lift to be provided by customer.
